We have a few different time products.
Limited edition products. We release them in limited amount of stock and once they are sold out they are gone forever.Core range products. We restock them  within a few weeks after they have sold out ,so sign up to our mailing list to be notified about what is back in stock. Please be aware we sell them on special orders as well however item needs to be purchase in solid gold.

Yes ,Absolutely! All jewellery in classic collections can be purchased in solid gold with awaiting time up to  14 days .You will be able to choose your Gold Karat  as well. Please check examplehere.

Yes ,we are very excited to say we do! David  loves custom orders. Whole process may take between two weeks to two months depending on their complexity. Bespoke piece can be made only in  Solid Gold.More informations will be available soon.

We don’t offer engraving on vermeil pieces, nor do we recommend it on gold vermeil jewellery.

Yes we do offer engraving  on solid gold jewellery but this service is due to availability. Please contact  David

RETURNS &WARRANTY

We want you to fall in love with your Mirandum  pieces, so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order!

All of our jewellery is hand-crafted according to the highest standard and is quality checked before we send it to you.In the unlikely case of a faulty item however, we will gladly exchange the product within 6 months of purchasing.This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.This warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.For all warranty claims, please email your request to customerservice@mirandumjewellery.com including your order  number and full details of the fault including images, and our team will be in contact regarding the next steps. Please pack the item carefully and we will arrange for your faulty item to be returned to us in Australia and will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you asap.
