What type of jewellery do you create?
We create fine jewellery crafted in solid gold (9K, 14K and 18K) and sterling silver, featuring natural diamonds, Argyle diamonds, South Sea Pearls and carefully selected gemstones.
Every piece is designed in-house and made with a focus on timeless design, durability and luxury.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes — we create bespoke pieces on request.
The process typically takes between two weeks and two months, depending on the design, materials, and level of complexity.
We guide you through every step, from concept and gemstones to the final handcrafted piece.
Where is Mirandum Jewellery made?
Every piece is crafted by hand in our studio in Dunsborough, Western Australia.
We work with a blend of traditional and modern techniques — from lost-wax casting to 3D modelling and fine stone-setting — creating jewellery that feels personal, intentional and beautifully refined.
Can I exchange earrings?
For hygiene purposes, we strictly do not refund and/or exchange earrings.
Can i change or cancel my order
If you need to change or cancel your order please email us at info@mirandumjewellery.com Note: we are closed on public holidays.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises.
Can my order be send without receipt?
Yes,all of our orders are sent without a receipt and beautifully packaged, which makes it perfect when gifting. Receipt is sent by email .If you require invoice attached to your order please contact us at info@mirandumjewellery.com
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes, you can add a note to your order. Please write a small note at the checkout in notes section. Otherwise, please email info@mirandumjewellery.com with your request.
What currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in the currency displayed on the product page and at checkout.

When my order will be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. As soon as carrier will pick up your parcel you will receive a email with tracking number. For more details please visit our shipping informationhere.
If your item requires crafting time because it was sold out, or you’ve chosen to have it made in a different gold karat, your order will follow our standard made-to-order timeline. This is usually between 2–4 business weeks before dispatch.

Does Mirandum cover custom, duties, taxes ?
Duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs .Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information as customs policies differ from country to country. I would like to return/exchange a product.
We want you to fall in love with your Mirandum pieces, but if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order!
We only accept returns for a full refund in the case of faulty jewellery.

What Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety and custom design reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Resized items
Bespoke or customised pieces
Items purchased during VIP or promotional events

What is your warranty policy for jewellery?
All of our jewellery is hand-crafted to the highest standard and carefully quality-checked before it leaves our studio.
In the unlikely event that something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
If you believe your piece is faulty, we offer an exchange or repair within 6 months of purchase.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers craftsmanship faults and material defects only.
Once the item has been inspected and confirmed by our jeweller to be faulty, we will organise a repair or replacement for you.
Please note that this warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, stones lost due to wear, or general wear and tear.
