Shipping and delivery

See below information to find out when and how you will receive your new Mirandum jewels. 

Mirandum Jewellery is working closely with external partners to ensure prompt domestic and international delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from when the order was placed. Please allow this time  to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
During sales period please allow up to 2 - 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. We apologize in advance if any delays occur.

Solid gold jewels require up to 14 business days to be dispatched, customer will be advised before purchase. Please check example here.
All orders are processed and fulfilled in our Australian Studio, please see the above table for shipping speeds. These timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs issues, special events and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully.

Loccal delivery

Alternatively, if you live in Dunsborough, Margaret River, Busselton, Bunbury in Western Australia , please contact us and we will let you know when we will be able to deliver you jewellery. All local delivery are free off charge.

Whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery times indicated we do not provide absolute guarantees. We use reputable couriers, for their prompt and efficient service, but occasionally delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Duties and taxes

 Duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Mirandum Jewellery  will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Shipping and delivery Policy

Mirandum Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. 

Mirandum Jewellery is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Mirandum Jewellery is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
