Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of purchase.
Please allow this time for your shipping confirmation and tracking details to be sent.
During sale periods, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. While we do our best to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur.
All orders are processed and fulfilled in our gallery in Dunsborough, Western Australia.

Pickup at the Gallery
If you prefer to collect your jewellery in person, you are welcome to pick up your order from our gallery in Dunsborough.
Please contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time, and we will confirm when your piece is ready for collection.
Delivery Conditions
While every effort is made to meet the indicated delivery times, we cannot provide absolute guarantees.
We work with reputable couriers known for their efficiency, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Duties and taxes may be charged on arrival and are in addition to international shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for:

Mirandum Jewellery is not responsible for additional costs imposed at delivery or for delays caused by customs.
We will not accept parcels returned for a refund where the customer has refused to pay customs fees, as these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery Policy — Liability
Mirandum Jewellery is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed in transit due to Australia Post or any other courier.
However, we will assist by:

Mirandum Jewellery is not liable for any costs associated with parcels returned to sender due to:

We are also not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
