Products purchased from MirandumJewellery.com or in our studio in Dunsborough may be exchanged or returned for refund within 14 days of delivery.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before we accept them. All products must be returned in their original condition accompanied by all original documentation (including sales receipt )and package. Any product with signs of wear and tear through use or damaged will not be accepted. To return or exchange, please contact customer service via email info@mirandumjewellery.com, please provide order number.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept a return or exchange on earrings unless faulty.Personalized pieces (monograms and engraved pieces) are unable to be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke nature.Sales and promotional items
What can be returned?
All full price items (using promotional code up to 10%) except earrings, sale, promotional items ,personalized pieces or bespoke can be returned for refund, exchane or store credit. Our store credits do not expire!
If the new purchase is greater in value than the product to be exchanged, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged product is lower in value, you will receive a store credit for the difference.
Return shipment
Costs related to return shipments will be at your own expense unless return shipment is due to a fault on behalf of Mirandum. We recommend getting tracked postage so you can trace your return as Mirandum does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.
The shipment of your replacement item will be free of charge.
We’ll reach out to you - once your return has been received by us we’ll be in touch as soon as possible via email with your store credit details. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our studio.
Sales taxes and import duties will not be refunded.
Warranty
At Mirandum we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, ethically sourcedand handcrafted jewellery.If there is a fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available otherwise a store credit or refund will be offered. If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return or refund.
