Products purchased from MirandumJewellery.com or from our gallery in Dunsborough are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are not offered.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a Quality Assurance inspection before they can be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by all original documentation (including the sales receipt) and complete packaging.
Products that show any signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

What can't be returned?
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings, due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
Personalised pieces, including monograms and engraved items
Bespoke or custom-made pieces, created specifically for you

What can be returned?
Eligible items
All full-price items (including those purchased with a promotional code up to 10%) can be returned for an exchange or store credit, except for the following:
-Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
-Sale items
-Promotional items
-Personalised, engraved or custom-made pieces
-Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery
If your new piece is of greater value, the difference will be charged.
If it is of lesser value, the remaining amount will be issued as a store credit.
Return shipment
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a fault on behalf of Mirandum.
We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as Mirandum does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.The shipment of your replacement item will be free of charge.Once your return has been received, we will contact you via email with your store credit details.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing once the item has been delivered to our studio.Sales taxes and import duties will not be refunded.
Warranty
At Mirandum, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Each item is thoughtfully designed, ethically sourced and handcrafted with care.
To ensure your confidence and peace of mind, we offer a 12-Month Manufacturing Warranty on all Mirandum jewellery.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults, including:
loose stones caused by workmanship
faulty settings, clasps or solder points
structural defects in the metal
issues present as a result of the production process
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
If neither option is available, a store credit or refund will be offered.
What the warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear, scratches, dents or bending of metal, loss of stones caused by impact, damage or misuse, exposure to chemicals, perfumes or improper storage, general ageing of materials, pieces altered, resized or repaired by anyone other than Mirandum.
Complimentary annual clean & check-up
We offer one complimentary clean and check-up every 12 months to help maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery.
How to make a warranty claim
Please email info@mirandumjewellery.com with:
your order number or proof of purchase,
clear photos of the issue, a brief description of the fault.
Our jeweller will assess the piece and contact you with the next steps.
